Bayne pettinger
Bayne Pettinger is the Owner and Lead Agent at Apollo Athletics. Growing up on the West Coast of Canada, Bayne has had hockey flowing through his veins from a very young age. He understands the game from the players perspective through his experience playing and managing teams.
Bayne got his start in the hockey world with Hockey Canada from 2010-2019. During his tenure managing national teams, Bayne was a part of nine (9) Gold Medal winning teams across every level of international competition, including: Under 18, World Juniors, World Championships, Para Hockey, World Cup of Hockey and multiple Winter Olympic Games with the men's national teams. Traveling the globe while representing the nation and working with some of the game's greats has guided Baynes hockey experience and growth as a hockey executive. Bayne worked at Creative Artist Agency (CAA) for 4.5 years before launching Apollo Athletics.
Bayne is an advocate in the LGBTQ+ space and strives to ensure everyone feels welcome and safe in the game of Hockey. He is a Co- Founder of Alphabet Sports Collective. His advocacy work has been highlighted on platforms such as: The Athletic, Hockey Night in Canada, TSN- Insider Trading, and Spittin Chiclets.

Massimo lamacchia
Massimo amassed a playing career over 20+ years, from Minor Hockey in the GTHL to Professional Leagues in North America and Europe. Massimo played NCAA Division 1 for Ivy League Brown University in the ECAC. After a successful 4-year US University career in New England, he graduated with an Honors B.A Degree in Business Economics.
In addition to his playing career, Massimo brings coaching experience, and is currently Head Coach of the Toronto Bulldogs Brick Team. Massimo has been involved with the staff for the past 9 years, and a part of 6 Brick Championships. He has also played an instrumental role in developing other Bulldogs teams and players at various ages at the elite level, and in the winter coaches in the GTHL at the AAA level where he’s been a part of several league and tournament championships.
At Apollo, Massimo will share his passion, vast experiences, and extensive hockey network to help our athletes learn and develop their skills in all crucial areas of the game. Massimo is now a certified agent with the NHLPA
